Position Summary:

This position is responsible for leading and driving all Territory Account activities in SIFCO ASC's Southeast Territory. This includes being the dedicated single point of contact for their Territory, driving profitable growth and increasing market share at the corporate level and continuing to develop and grow cross-functional relationships at all levels throughout the Territory which includes; AL, GA, FL, TN, SC, NC, VA and KY. This position will be accountable for all of the internal coordination and communications that support their Territory.

What will you do

  • Develop and communicate successful short-term and long-term strategies that will deliver profitable growth and increase market share. This also includes coordinating and executing the strategy with the regional commercial functions.
  • Develop and own the budget, forecasting, margin management, and other business processes to ensure business retention and targeted growth at specified accounts.
  • Drive Account review cadence and technology roadmap sessions.
  • Identify and promote new products and solutions. Coordinate cost reduction programs to aid customer processes and achieve Total Cost of Ownership goals.
  • Develop and grow strong relationships with the key influencers within the designated Territory.
  • Identify prospects and assess product needs while supporting product development and research ideas.
  • Lead Contract Management/Sales Agreement process for designated Territory. Secure input and approval for key elements from all internal stake holders (Pricing; terms; etc.).
  • Drive consistent use of CRM pipeline, prospects etc. across Key Account locations with Commercial Functions.
  • Comply with all Company Policies: to include but not limited to Code of Conduct and expense reporting, etc.
  • Ownership of individual development plan (IDP) as agreed upon with direct line manager.
  • Implement and drive an internal value-based selling approach through the customer engagement and account management process.

Work Environment:

Home or office-based – subject to home location.

Extensive travel to include customer sites and company offices/laboratories for required meetings (50 %+).

Maintain the highest EHS standards at all sites visited.

What do we look for

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. (MS/MBA preferred) in Chemistry, Engineering, or any relevant business-related area
  • A minimum of 5 years of Industrial B2B experience in sales and/or business development.
