Job Summary
Manages Production Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, and planning across all shifts(s) shifts engaged in the manufacturing and shipment of quality products in a timely manner. Responsible for compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements and manufacturing procedures.

Key Education or Certification Required:
Bachelor’s degree (B. A. or B.S.) in related technical discipline with experience as a supervisor or in a team lead role preferred. Persons with an education less than a degree must demonstrate five (5) years of successful related experience and training.
Must have successful work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably related to manufacturing of chemical products or technical knowledge of manufacturing and equipment.
Required Minimum Number of Years of Relevant Experience: Five (5) years or equivalent training.

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock, slippery surfaces.
The noise level in the environment is usually moderate; occasionally exposed to loud noise levels.
